Ultimet performance ‘Outstanding’ following customer appraisal

A major customer of Ultimet Films Limited recently supplied their “Vendor Performance Tracking and Review“ documentation regarding supply of all materials for orders during 2013.

The review included an assessment of; number of returns, quality, complaints, shipment delay and number of missing or incorrect documents. The total rating achieved was 14.5 out of 15 providing a score of 96.67% , which places Ultimet Films within the customer’s top supply bracket out of 5 levels, categorized as “Outstanding: Performance is consistently above expectation”.
