Our production capability ensures that we are able to measure, control and apply very thin aluminium coatings onto a range of films, which is critical in Susceptor applications.

Our patented Safety Susceptor film offers uniformity and controlled heating of food products. We can also offer Barrier Susceptor, which provides protection against gases and moisture vapour.

Polyester is utilised as our base film but other films such as; plain, heat sealable and high adhesion can be equally effective. Microwave Susceptor films offer controlled heating capability, crisping & browning enhancement and importantly likelihood of pack ignition/burning is minimised via stripe metallising placement.
